My husband and I stayed here recently for a weekend getaway. It was the most clean hotel we have ever stayed in . The staff was friendly, the room was beautiful, and the location was perfect close to so many restaurants and shopping spots. 10 out of 10!!
Very nice rooms. Breakfast was very good with eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, yogurt, cereals, breads, fruit, etc. The pool was nice. Unfortunately the jets for the hot tub were not working.
We really enjoyed our stay at Best Western Plus in Poland, OH! When we walked in we were immediately greeted by super friendly staff! And even though we had a large group with specialized needs, they were able to get us situated with the right rooms with no issue at all. Everything in the hotel was very clean (especially the rooms) and the breakfast and the pool was perfect as well! We would definitely stay again

She showed so much empathy toward my situation and went above and beyond to help me. Not only did she listen, but she also worked with me on a price break that made a huge difference. I’m so grateful for the care and kindness she showed. I highly recommend this place—exceptional service!”
We enjoyed this short stay at this hotel. The customer service was great. The free breakfast was fantastic. The location is near everything in walking distance. I would return in a near future.
Solid stay all around! Love the location, room and the quiet night sleep we got! Upon leaving, I left a new sweatshirt in the room. The cleaning crew, who just entered found it. They ran it out to our car as I was driving away. You don’t get that service very often! Super service!
Solid product for what it intends to be. We stay here evey year on both outgoing and return trip to a big event. Only thing I would improve is the jets in the spa tub. Barely stir the water/ update. They have now shut down the hot tub pending repairs.7/24/25. So it is being addressed. Best breakfast is have seen at this price point. Very nice upgraded continental
